FAQ

What should I wear?

In order to efficiently conduct examinations, treatment and other adjunct therapies, we recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing. This way we are able to evaluate range of motion, movement quality, and muscle tone in an unrestricted, natural manner.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, our office is in network with most major insurance companies. In fact, we offer a complimentary insurance verification regarding your policy in order to determine payment responsibility. Our goal is to make sure you understand what your policy covers, and if filing to your insurance would be the most cost effective option. We will compare insurance rates to our cash rates to determine which is better for you.

How do I know if chiropractic is right for me?

The purpose of the 1-on-1 consultation with the doctor is to identify why you’re in our office. This will allow Dr. Matt to determine if the services we offer are effective for your specific situation. It can be an overwhelming process searching for the proper solutions to your health concerns and it is our goal to make sure you’re receiving the most effective and cost-efficient care.

What is the popping/cracking sound during an adjustment?

A traditional chiropractic adjustment addresses specific joints of the body that are restricted. Overtime as these joints remain in these stagnant state, there is a build up of pressure in those joints. The chiropractic adjustment helps release that pressure, similar to the pressure release from a champagne bottle, and restores proper joint motion, muscle tone, and nerve signaling.

How much does the initial visit cost?

This depends on whether you will be considering filing your insurance or not. Upon filing your insurance, we will determine cost of exam and other services at the end of that visit. If you do not plan to file to insurance, our initial visit cost will be $80. We prioritize the health concerns of our patients and hope each patient understands their investment in their health will result in the best return for the many years to come.
